3. Take a piece of your hair about half-inch to an inch thick. Now let your teasing comb do the work! Push the hairpiece down to create a nice tease and spread it out! Don't be afraid to use a lot of hairspray on the teased root parts as it will hold everything together. Use your hairspray and spray a little to the tail but keep it soft and straight. 7. Get a bobby pin and secure the sections that are coming out so that when you tumble it will not cover your face.

8. Remember the front section of the hair that you leave out for a smooth cover? Brush it and spread it out to cover the big ball of tease that you made, then secure it with a hair spray. Get the rest of the hairpiece to cover the sides and glide the hairbrush for a smooth finish.

9. Spray it to slay it! Secure the nice teased ponytail with a hair spray, flipped it over, and spray underneath to hold the hair strands together.
