It's officially Spring Time! This season can be hectic for cheerleaders because tryouts usually happen during springtime. No matter how busy a cheerleader is, they must not forget to take care of themselves, and one way to do it is by taking care of their skin. Cheerleading is a fascinating sport; you want to look your best every time you perform. And to do that, you have to invest in your skincare. 1. Exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin cells and create a brighter spring glow.

4. Hydrate your skin and use antioxidants.
